have been training table tennis intensively these 2 days.. multi ball make my leg move again!!
but still a bit lazy..
hope to increase the intensity slowly.. then my leg will be willing to move le!!

i felt so sad when i realized my players do not have the heart to improve, and challenge their limits..
i felt so sad when my players do not trust me..
i felt so sad i do not have enough time for my players..
i felt so sad to coach players who do not appreciate my coaching..
i felt so sad when i feel my player has a lot more to learn and a lot of room for improvement.. but she refuse to learn.. and reject my coaching..
coaching is such a difficult job... when u put all ur heart in.. wasted so much effort... and the player just don't have the heart and determination to improve.. wat can u do? force her to train? scold her? i am just a coach.. not a father.. i do not have the rights..
when they do not wan to improve themselves.. wat can u do? can only see all ur efforts go into the dustbin... why??
why do i have to endure all these... it not say i am paid a lot.. if i am paid $40 per hour.. the usual rates.. i do mind wat the players wan to do.. as long as i get my money.. but i am not doing all these for the sake of money... my only wish is they improve... ... wat a difficult wish... even more difficult than i myself aiming for nationals champion..
anyway i have tried my best.. no regrets...
i shall be a complete player.. not a coach anymore..

i tink this bad mood will last until i got a job...
feeling of being unemployed is damm xian...
and yet today someone is late for training... and chat and chat during my training..
if not serious during training might as well don't train..
not serious also won't improve..
train for wat?
wan to train is wan to improve rite...
wasting everybody time... can't tolerate this...
to that person: wan to improve pls be serious... and don't be late anymore... thank you...

last sun when i was umpiring lian he zao bao cup.. i made a very very super duper stupid mistake!!
during the 1 min interval, players go back to their coaches for advices.. then after 1 min is up, i went up to the players to pull them back...
who noes, i pulled the wrong player back!! that player is not umpired by me de! is zhengting's player!! and i still flashed my stopwatch at her face!! saying "time time time!!!"... then she looked so blur... saying "for who??"... damm paisay!!!
i tink this will become the joke of the year for the umpires... damm paisay....

todae was a tired but funny day..
i woke up at 12.30pm.. relax a while then went to sintien to change my rubber..
have been trying all sorts of rubber on my new tabletennis blade.. but still not very sucecssful..
i changed sriver and then went to sunsports to train..
in the end.. sriver with my new blade still doesn't suit me...
then..... the funny part comes..
fabian took my blade and tried.. and i took his blade to try!! and bingo!! he likes my bat and i like his bat!!! and immediately, we exchanged bat!!!
omg.. that is so..... funny!!!
after the training.. it was like 8.30pm... we decide to go Plaza Sing to eat dinner.. they took bus while i ride my bike...
and in the end, i hollanded!! and ended up in china town!! wat the heck!! but luckily i managed to reach plaza singapura... however, i left my cash card in my cash card unit when i went to meet them... and my cash card was stolen when i return to my bike... it was the 2nd time i left my cash card on my bike.. and the 2nd time it was stolen!! damm DL!!!
