After reading a chapter in this book "The Last Lecture", i realised something about leadership.. Leadership is not just about the ability to lead a team.. It's all VISION.. vision for yourself and for the whole team.. without a vision, there will not be leadership...

When u have a vision for the team, then u can try to lead the team towards this vision..
